The tubular wrapper of A.M. Machinery will group the
classic individual bales together in one full-length tube. In fact the
tubular wrapper lines and wraps all the bales automatically. Then dropping
them on the ground in a long sausage like tube. Obviously the area must
be well chosen since the bales will be left there until needed to feed
the animals.

Bale wrapping is done automatically. The farmer places the bales one after another on the wrapper's loading rack with the help of the tractor's front loader. The tubular wrapper moves the bales up and wraps them. It stops automatically when each bale is wrapped and waits for the next one. This machine is easy to operate because of its lightweight and no nuisance performace. A 13 horsepower gas motor operates it. The wrapping procedure is very rapid. Each bale is wrapped in 16 seconds. An experienced operator can wrap up to 130 bales an hour. At last, the wrapper reduces the quantity of plastic used by nearly 60% by wrapping the bales circumference only and not the ends. |
